I’m running because I’m deeply concerned about the direction our city is headed — and I believe it’s time to return Irondale to the people. Over the past four years, Irondale’s debt has more than doubled to $114 million — that’s $8,500 for every resident, the highest per capita debt of any city in Alabama, and more than $4,000 above the national average.
